All SEM organizations participating in this year’s Energy Challenge are competing against each other to complete the most energy actions and save the most energy! Energy Trust will acknowledge two winning organizations at the end of the challenge: the organization with the most overall points and the organization with the highest average points per participant. Winning teams will receive recognition certificates and a lunch courtesy of Energy Trust.

If you are a team captain, consider offering additional incentives for your team participants. Get creative! Energy Trust swag, gift certificates, and company-wide recognition are all ways you might consider rewarding your staff for participation.
